The products sold on our website are digital codes, digital memberships or electronically delivered products. Therefore, refunds cannot be made for digital products whose delivery has been completed.
After making a purchase with your loaded balance, refunds or product returns are not possible because the purchased products are digital content. For a balance refund to be evaluated, the loaded balance must not have been used in any transaction.
If there is an error, missing information or technical issue during delivery, you can contact our support team. Product replacement or re-delivery may be provided when deemed appropriate.
